The gym contains all the facilities that one require to fulfil their workout regiment. The trainer is both knowledgeable and helpful for new comers in the gym. What I like most is the fact that he furnishes reasons for doing a workout in a particular manner unlike most trainers who refuse to share the science behind the workout. Considering the number of equipment in the gym, the space to move around freely becomes limited. Having said that, I'd still recommend this gym to everyone.

Highly recommend this gym.. The *environment* of the gym is always pumped up which will make you sweat it out.. The *equipments* and *cleanliness* of the place is quite good. Most importantly the *trainer* is knowledgeable who will guide and assist you to push yourself to reach your fitness goal..
Literally the best gym in New Alipore. The ambiance is pretty good and has a good amount of space. The best part of this gym is they provide all equipments and hence its good for beginners as well as the experts. The gym trainers are superfriendly and always try to give proper guidance. The fees is Rs2000/- which is absolutely worth it.
There is no general trainer who can look after everyone.. One trainer who always personally train one or two people in the gym as they can afford the trainer. Behaviour of this trainer is very rude.. Monthly 2000rs is expensive as compared to other gym and facilities.. Small space & limited equipment as compared to people's counting....
There are more members than machines, no member can be properly exercised...very small space nd limited equipments..very bad experience overall
