The location offers breathtaking view. The rooms and washroom were clean. The place gives you good feeling. Biggest disappointment is their restaurant service - extremely slow, you always have to reach out to remind them about the orders or repeatedly request them to take one. The staff is courteous despite the difficult situation they are in owing to less staff than required. Owner of the resort must add few more staff to the restaurant. The quality of food was pretty high though.

Heard quite a bit about the place....but failed to impress!! Fantastic setting with a great view, but that's just about it. Having had an horrible experience in the restaurant, Cleanliness and hygiene is not upto standards for a resort in this category. Some items on the menu is quite tasty and prepared well, but few others are unpleasant and prepared from frozen foods. Must say the staff is very courteous and welcoming. Can't conclude without a word about the poor location, but i guess the view from the room balcony makes it up a bit. Overall it was just about okay, nothing to brag about, but being a place that was recommended by people visiting some time ago i feel like the standards have dropped a bit. However, please don't insult my intelligence by calling the creatures in the juice "an insect that had just fallen in". I had not yet taken anything at the time for anything to fall in. Not wanting to cause an embarrassment, i had discreetly shown your guy there what it actually was...and trust me it was not just one. Again, most of the dishes were actually tasty. The fish was actually good (thank you for telling me NOW that it was frozen - but we liked it), the Moroccan chicken was flavourful, the pasta, the pizza were excellent. It was the chicken and fries snack from your all day menu that was an absolute disaster. Just a few pointers for you guys to up your game.

Very pleasant, kind and welcoming staff. Felt like home away from home. Breathtaking scenery. Lovely private villa. Son fell sick and the staff were ever willing to help. Special thanks to Jils, Jishnu and the all reception staff who were exceptionally approachable and hospitable and providing too notch service. Also special thanks to Ajith who took us on a morning jungle hike that was one of the many highlights of our stay. The breakfast menu had different items each day and so we didn't bore of it either. It was delicious. The games room was well maintained too with a snooker table, chess set, carom board and table tennis table. My kids were awed by this place and we will definitely be back. Ragamaya Resort Munnar has the most spectacular view of any resort we have ever stayed at. It is located away from the hustle and bustle of the Munnar tourist hub, in an idyllic location with as much nature preserved as possible. Right from check-in, to the restaurant dining experience, until check-out, all the staff are well trained on their jobs and they have extended a warm welcome and courteous service. The restaurant sit out as well as the rooms sit out have the same magnificent view overlooking the reservoir and the valley below. The exterior land scaping was done tastefully and well maintained by a lot of staff. The room was so spacious, luxurious, well furnished and the bathroom was also great. The balcony was a favourite place of ours since it offered the same spectacular view of the nature. The restaurant had great service, the food was excellent. The morning breakfast spread has so many options and excellent. The sit out has an amazing view of the reservoir below unlike any place we have ever visited till now. There is also an in-house spa which we did not make use of this time. Once we entered the resort, we were non stop engaged in some activity or the other, like the swimming pool with an amazing view, the games lounge with Billiards, Carrom, Chess, and Table Tennis, the 9pm camp fire with open music, and general viewing from the ramp behind the rooms. We only came to the room for sleeping as the exterior views were excellent and there were plenty of things to do. We certainly and highly recommend the Ragamaya resort for Munnar visitors. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable.

The location offered stunning vistas of natural beauty, whether it was overlooking the coastline, nestled amidst lush green landscapes, or surrounded by majestic mountains. The resort took full advantage of its surroundings by strategically positioning rooms, balconies, and common areas to maximize the scenic views. ) Overall, my stay at this luxury resort was nothing short of spectacular. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and unforgettable vacation experience.

It's very small resort with good view from the room, which is the only attraction. The pool cleanliness was very below average. Breakfast and service was excellent. Fully the resort is not up to the mark for this price range .

Although we took long time to reach the Resort, we had a warm welcome which was a big relief. The staff was promt and obident and the food was excellent with reasonable cost. Ambiance and room were superb !

1. Staff service is good. 2. Resort Location, View from Rooms is Good. My Opinion is if you are planning to Visit MUNNAR, please don't stay here. Because, it is 1hour distant from Town and more than 1 hour from other Tourist Places. Other than that, it is an over hyped place, it is not worth the money which you are gonna spend. Quality of Furniture is average, Gym is totally waste built. Swimming pool is average. Overall this place is good only for the View and Staff Co-operation. If you just wanna chill and stay in resort or walk around here, its good for that then!
