The owner guy who whoever sits in the counter is just pathetic, doesn't know how to behave to his customers. He thinks his store is the greatest store in Thiruvalla. I would never go back to this store again nor recommend it. I don't know why is it overrated. Was my first and last visit.

Dont go to Ragam textiles.They are not customer friendly.Their materials are of third quality.They cheat customers by showing attractive but cheap quality products.Staffs are very rude and they don't know how to behave with customers. Govt organizations are much better than Ragam textiles.
