It is very difficult to contact them. There are 4 numbers given in instagram . I have called to all the numbers . No body picked up. And then i got a message saying " please ping us in Watsapp " i did that as well . Again no one replies .
Worst customer service I have ever seen. I tried calling all the numbers listed but no one answers the call. Very disappointed.

It's a beautiful place and the best staycation to hang out with friends . The amenities l, especially the private pool, currently it's the best in Hyderabad. I would rate it 10/5.

So awful. When we walked into the room, there were bugs and a yellow lizard (named larry) who was creeping around near light. The water was murky. The toilet was dripping brown liquid from the pipes in the toilet seat. The fridge was covered in brown juices. The table in the corner of the living room was broken.The monkey and geese smelled like rotten farts. In the night time, I saw someone that looked like my brother and after I hollered at him, he didn't turn around. That mystery man turned into the grass and I never saw him again. I think your place is haunted, so get that checked out. Now onto breakfast, my idli was kinda grey and the dal was tasteless. I will never return to smelly place.
