The project is as good as abandoned. The promoter keeps saying ,please contact his Bangalore office, without providing the funds to finish the project. Residents are taking it upon themselves to repair snags in their villas and the common infrastructure is not complete. The initial plans were fantastic and well thought of , but the promoter did not provide for contingencies. So now it's not in a completed state. All tge higher ratings reported here are not from owners or residents. Iam an owner.

Total 61 villas. All of them sold. Very good area. Worked here for a week. Fitted the play system for kids myself. Gardening and swimming pools are best. Very silent space. The restaurant nearby are not good at all. I didn't like a single dish served. Really bad. This maybe because I am from Mumbai. There is shortage of drinking water though. You need to buy it from venders.
This project is a very good looking with Singapore design/architecture developed by raffle group. It's seems to be a well built project but the major problem is that it's cost for what they are giving to us. It's starts around 5.5cr-6cr with 5bhk villa which I think is not worthy for what it looks like they might be just charging the price for the amenities they are providing inside the venture. It looks damn beautiful which I located somewhat far away from the city. All under ground parking and wide range of amenities.
Is it really worth putting 1 million $ almost? I suggest you atleast ask for own plot area+villa in ur name and get only common area under UDS. Infact, You can get a better villa in USA, if u r settled there.. . Anyway I am not blaming the project. And BTW how much is the guidance rate..!!?
it's very big space.more than 60 villas is there each and every villas different type.but summing pool it's very fantastic.
