i bought a splendor+ plus bike here at Radu & Radu. After 2 months the bike started giving lot of troubles, the engine got off while running.. i reported to service people and they didnt fix anything just gave me back. again i reported, and it works for 2 days then it is repeating. with in 6 months battery was down and anyways they replaced since it is in warranty.. but the time i spent in the service center is too much.. bike is not reliable.. still am runnig with same issue.. bike engine is going off while running. too worst..

I bought a couple of bikes here at Raddiu and Radu. The worst experience I have. They behave well until you pay then they don't even respond. Delay of service and no care. They even send the vehicle without tools and they lethargic. Lazy attitude towards customers. Regret for having bought three bikes

Thanks to Radu & radu hero motors today I just went for my bike service.such a nice service centre and coustomer handling was very healthy and very friendly special mention to Mr.baskar and service team thanks for your support

Irresponsible staffs. Worst customer service. Bought Hero Zoom from here and crying everyday. Loss of money

Don't service ur bike here.... They just wipe the bike and give u... Worst experience... New bike but they charge money for service saying free service over... Worst showroom. Better to give outside for service than these cheaters

One of the worst company in Trichy. On 31 March i took Hero Pleasure in this company. After making full payment took the vechile to junction Murugan koil and after pooja the vehicle was not started.After great struggle it was started and i took it to the dealer and they told that there was some problem in the battery andthe defect was rectified. All Two wheeler com panies in Trichy are giving attractive gifts when they purchase the vechile but in this company they gave one small Mosquito cloth bag which is very useless and it denotes that how for they give respect to the customers. The peformance is worst and now only i came to know that rare people are coming to buy vechile in this selfish company.

Worst service... Only for water service eligible dealer... All over the world. Nothing do...
