Worst gym I have ever seen. The machines are not working. There is no cleanliness at all. Morover the trainer won't turn on the Air conditioner even in humid weathers ,so in that case you will have to clean your sweat through towel frequently .
I went to this gym for a trial. The trainer of the gym made us do a good workout but he didn't know how to talk. He made fun of my body in front of the whole gym people. he was abusive. I went there to loose weight and the trainer's job is to help us in that process and not make fun of us. He made fun and was abusive. he was not using professional language and made personal comments. I never went back to that gym again due to that harassment. I would never recommend this Gym to anyone!!!
There is no spa.. but good space for exercise. 2 floor for workout

Cheap and best gym in tilak nagar with the best trainers, love to visit there because that's a place from where you get boosted up for your bodybuilding dream to the upcoming beast who is hidden in you. Here all trainereare well known and experienced with all the exercises weather it is for males or females of all ages. Overall conclusion is this love to get over there to make myself what I am today.
