As compared to their other properties found this one to be smaller. However they have managed it well. Good number of activities to keep you occupied throughout the stay. Location is good close to the hills, however the view seemed blocked due to their external architectural design. The pool was good. Rooms were decent. Food was great. Staff was very co operative. Definitely recommended.

Excellent 2 days stay on our anniversary. Got upgraded to a junior suite thanks to Swapnali. Breakfast buffet elaborate & tasty. Tejas served us well both days. Don't miss the Indian style tea from the cart outside the restaurant. Gluten free options available. There are a couple of lawns, a nice pool, adequate bar with good discounts though noisy, large spa, small gym and large recreational area. Games mostly free. Activities like treks, cookery, cocktail making, open air cinema & karaoke also daily & free. We got a nice mountain view from our balcony though enclosed with wooden bars. Bath tub in balcony nice touch. Staff and service was top notch despite two corporate events and one wedding taking place same time.

Stayed on 17-18Nov 2023. Service is very very slow - we reached the hotel at 2.30pm and requested for check in to our pre reserved room. It took 45 minutes for the staff to hand over the room card to us. Another area of concern is that check in time is 1500 hrs while the checkout time is 1100 hrs. Not seen this reduced timing even in European hotels! The service at the restaurant is like testing your patience, if you order a la carte. The price of the buffet is unreasonably high. We had to caution the stewards that we would walk out to the local market for dinner. Size of rooms is very good, small balcony is attractive.

We are overwhelmed with the hospitality of the staff at the resort . Always willing to help and always smiling. They took care of all our needs. The rooms are clean and have a good ambience and the food is delicious too. Special thanks to Ms. Tara at Front Desk for the excellent Hospitality

Loved the stay enjoyed the our weekend vaccination. Loved the pool area with all black tiles gives a unique look. Rooms were good thanx to housekeeping staff who hosted us well . Special thanks to Ramadas.

Everything was below average . But staff was quite welcoming Breakfast - Extremely average, hardly anything.I was checking if there is bacon and the chef's expression as if he saw death . Not joking at all. Property - It's one twentieth in size of Della (Maybe I'm biased because I went to Della next day ) . Maybe this place is only for weddings because size is cosy enough for that. There is hardly any space to even walk here. What do you do here Though, let me reiterate that the staff was courteous. But this is not a place to pay 15k for a weekend getaway. Add 2-3 k more and pick Della.or are 10k more and go to shillim.

The place is really nice with very good service and the staff is very helpful. The variety in the buffet is excellent and the quality of the food is awesome. Special thanks to Ms. Tara for the lovely cake for our Anniversary. Overall the hospitality is awesome.
