Nice hotel at affordable rates in proximity with charbagh railway station. Sufficient parking area is available. Service are average. There is a con to the location as it is situated at very congested area.

From start to finish, the service from every working hotel staff member, tour guide, and both drivers was excellent. The genuine care and assistance from each individual to provide whatever need's necessary was second to none. A sincere credit to Mr. Yatendra Singh, the restaurant manager and their team was fabulous for their service.

The housekeeping team did a fantastic job of keeping the rooms clean and tidy throughout my stay. The highlight of my stay was the impeccable service provided by the hotel staff. They were always ready to assist with any queries or requests, and their proactive approach was truly commendable. The hotel's location was also convenient, making it easy to access various parts of the city. However, while my experience was overwhelmingly positive, there are a couple of areas where I believe there's room for improvement. The gym facilities were not up to par, as the equipment seemed outdated and poorly maintained. It would be great if the hotel could invest in upgrading the gym to provide a more enjoyable fitness experience for guests. Additionally, although the breakfast spread was delicious, I noticed that the same items were served every day. A bit of variety in the breakfast offerings would certainly add to the overall experience for guests staying for an extended period. In conclusion, the Radisson Hotel in Lucknow impressed me with its attentive and courteous staff, as well as its comfortable accommodations. The overall experience was positive, and I would consider staying here again in the future.
