Amazing stay, the infrastructure is clean well maintained. Service as well as staff is very welcoming, once stayed you will definitely make it a regular accommodation for your upcoming visits. An assortment of mouthwatering menu for your food cravings will definitely make you satisfied. Also would like to recommend to take a dip in the relaxing outdoor pool and rejuvenate at the spa and health club. An ideal space for your Board meetings, seminars or wedding reception events. A must visit destination for your next visit in town.

Went for lunch, no salt and pepper. Biryani ok but rest of the items taste less for me especially veg. didn't like much. Nice ambience and good service though.

The hotel is in a great location with easy access to transport and restaurants. The rooms were old but clean. The maintenance could have been a bit better. The breakfast buffet remained the same more or less over the 4 days I stayed. The wait for the lift was more than a minute at times. Recommend this for business travellers.

The property is a bit old and they need to do the maintenance. Front Desk staff were good welcoming but the service towards the room was slow like bags took almost an hour to reach the room and I have informed them about the extra bed as soon as I entered but got it very late. Pool was clean and good.

Rooms are spacious enough, and well equipped. Location is also nice topped by a decent price. I would recommend it overall. A strange incident happened, the in-room dining department asked for a hefty price tobpeive a pair of empty place and spoon.

The hotel is good but the rooms are bit old, you get the rustic old feeling with furniture, doors and sofa ! The cleanliness and service is up to the mark. They should think giving the ambience a little makeover considering other hotels have better look and feel.

not super clean but not bad. glass stall was hard to understand why it was inclined. housekeeping was so so. Mattress was soft. Maybe this would not be comfortable for someone who has backache. Facial tissue was bad smell. This should be changed asap.

I had a wonderful experience at ODE spa in this Hotel. You don't think that prices for spa services are high in Star hotels. In fact they are even less than some so-called spa centres like F2 in the city. The girls are really polite and professional. They maintain dignity not like in F2 spas. I recommend it all to visit at once.
