The best experience I ever had. Radisson Nathdwara made our stay a memorable one. There was a medical emergency when we reached the hotel, got tensed in new city but the staff made us feel comfortable and arranged the doctor as well. They arranged everything possible, made us feel like our home. Dining experience was also good, the staff treated us like a family member, customised food according to our needs. While leaving the hotel it felt like leaving our home behind. There are no words to describe the staff and their services. Thank you Radisson Nathdwara.
The most forgettable Radisson experience ever. The hotel doesn't honor the booking and they would offer you filthy rooms. Even if you book bed and breakfast room option they will haunt you in breakfast and say it's a system problem after seeing your booking confirmation. They will leave no stone unturned to make you feel obliged by the staff for offering services you already paid for. I would not recommend this hotel for poor staff professionalism, dirty filthy rooms (despite a heads up for arrival hours before scheduled arrival) and system problems which make them ignore all your booking details. You can spend this amount of money for any other 4 star and get peace of mind and hospitality free- pun intended.
Laxurious place to stay in Nathdwara, Rajasthan. Food is great and service is good. However room size is small as compared with other same level hotels
Had a pleasant stay at Radisson Nathdwara. Unlike other Radisson Blu properties this one is managed by Radisson and it shows in every bit ( Thanks for Rahul Bhanot for making me aware of this fact). Neat clean rooms, good food, very well behaved staff and excellent location (that is bang on highway). Jagdish was an amazing guy, very humble and courteous.
The property is great and located near the statue of belief and shrinath ji temple. It's besides Miraj cinemas. The rooms are big, spacious, and cozy with all amenities. The room with statue view is good and once can have a nice view of statue of belief sitting at the french window in the room. The staff is nice, warming, and welcoming. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of their Breakfast and Dinner buffet menu and items. With almost 7k INR per night for breakfast + dinner package, the expected outcome was really disappointing. The paneer was a bit hard and was ok in taste in the dinner. Both breakfast and dinner didn't have much variety in food items. Very limited menu items and taste were above average.
We arrived to Radission blu #Nathwada with confirmed booking but they denied saying that hotel is fully booked. It's a place of horrible attitude ofstaffs .They never bothered to inform us for this scenario but they simply waited for us to come and stuck in such a mess .. along with that they fully tried to make us feel that it's our side mistak .God knows how it was .
