Great place to stay . Pool view rooms are amazing . Food quality has improved a lot over last 5 months. staffs are really cordial and helpful as always. I had a situation, while checking out a guest took my baggage away by mistakenly and front desk staff especially Boomi has supported .She handled situation very calmly and efficiently. Kudos to Bhoomi for the help.
We enjoyed morning breakfast in the Radisson at Kandla..waves... Gujarati delicacies..khaman..fafda..sev...puri aloo bhaji...fresh fruits...buffet...hot tea...dry fruits...pickles... Wonderful ambience...nice layout... Rs 800 per person breakfast buffet...is quite reasonable...for the north..south..intercontinental and local gujarati cuisines... Must visit at Kandla...
Villa rooms specially with garden are decent. Checkin staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Location of the hotel is good too. Their service in Villas is too slow. Had to call thrice for a water bottle. Service in restaurant is good otherwise.
Worst management staff I have seen in my entire travel history. Completely rude and completely shameless kind of attitude they have. No manners or sympathy towards their tired guests. They are under so called pressure of the upper management is what they claim to make their guests stay or check in, most difficult. Extremely disappointed with raddison Gandhidham. It needs better staff etiquette and management. Sadly their attitude is such because of their monopoly and it shows in their attitude. Last visit here. Not a pleasant experience
Great place to stay at Radisson hotel. Staff's are very calm and behaviour also very good. Swimming pool is very clean and maintain water is so good. Foods are very nice and comfortable price. Rooms are very clean i like that room so much like eco friendly. Restrooms also very clean and neat. Overall the hotel is very well and best for choosing.
