Radisson Hotel Jaipur City Center - Hotel in Jaipur - Jaipur, India

Nice hotel, good rooms and great food. The staff in the restaurant especially were very attentive but we had some communication problems with reception: there were 3 of us, all female friends, sharing one room, so I considered paying for my own. Another friend had booked his own room not 30 minutes before. I asked reception for a price and the man there was rude, insisted it would cost me more money than my (male) friend had paid for a room and changed the quote 3 times, claiming it would be more expensive because of 'limited availability'.. this was gone 10pm when surely it would be better for them to sell another room to me than leave it empty? I ended up not bothering because I felt like I was being treated like I was stupid or lying or something. My friend also sent some laundry to be done and the following evening the staff said they hadn't received any laundry from that room at all. A while later they found it, and said they would drop it to his room by 11pm despite us having to leave at 4am the next morning for a flight. The bar is pointless too, feels like a random room with some chairs in. Despite all this I'm giving 4 stars for the good experience in the restaurants.

The hotel staff was extremely pleasant and welcoming, especially Ms. Priya at the reception who not only greeted us with a grin but assured a pleasurable stay for us and Mr. Ashutosh, who was equally hospitable during our checkout. We could feel how the whole staff wanted to provide a memorable stay- for which we immensely thankful to each one of them. Not to forget Ms. Riya at the breakfast, who served us kindly.

Great staff, good choice of food but should be hotter. Sometimes food orders are slow or do not show up. Room was ok but bathroom needs a deep clean round the edges. I would stay again however as service was good.

Was disappointed with this hotel. Whilst the rooms are okay, the service felt a little slow on the whole. Food in the main restaurant was also a little disappointing. The variety and quality of food is not as good as other hotels we have stayed in of a similar star rating. The hotel bar is such a dreary place to sit in. It feels like such an afterthought! But worst of all is the traffic noise. The hotel is too close to the main road which means you hear tooting all night! It's so frustrating if you are a light sleeper. Overall it is hard to recommend this hotel.

Good stay, just picked on random but the hotel was well maintained and neatly service from the attendees... Great place stay and relax for a while for your next upcoming events... Room's hygienist good.... Foods served are in hygiene and tasty... Great stay.. must try for a while whoever visits nearby..

Very nice hotel and good location for exploring Jaipur. Upgraded to a junior suite with a balcony and hot tub on arrival which was very kind! Good choice for breakfast and for food generally. Not top rated as mini fridge was not very cold and issue with drainage from shower so water would collect and fill the area, taking a long time to drain. Shower head also couldn't be placed well but needed to be held to avoid spraying everywhere.

Very nice upscale room with nice bathroom and shower. Very friendly staff. The Dragon Restaurant was great. We ate dinner there twice. Cocktails actually had some alcohol in them! Breakfast is huge.

Had a wonderful stay in the hotel.. the entire staff is extremely warm, welcoming and prompt.. definitely recommend to those travelling with toddlers as they are extremely cooperative with children and food quality especially for children is top notch !
