My stay at the luxurious hotel was nothing short of a dream come true. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the opulence and grandeur that surrounded me. Food and service is great. The ambience is good. But the parking experience spoils everything. Even if guests have to park in a vacant lot next to the hotel, I am sure it can be maintained by the hotel!

A good hotel with superb staff and service. The rooms could have been better but apart from that the food and restaurant service was great. A special thumbs up to Ms. Sushma in the restaurant who looked after proper care of the customers. Loved the place. Will definitely visit again soon.

Our son engagement was recently in hotel ...really disappointed with their services Everything we were coordinating interms of seating,decor n cleanliness...don't expect from 5 Star Hotel.. ....In future we will think twice before booking this hotel for any event.

The hotel is quite ambient and welcoming. The staff are very polite and gentle and service is good. The rooms are tidy and well decorated. A true five star place. However the front road of the hotel is quite troublesome and full of potholes. The same shall be considered by the hotel management so that the guest are not frustrated while entering or leaving the hotel.

Added an engagement party at the Platinum Hall and the food and the preparations were quite nice. The service could be a little faster though because once the crowd rolled in we barely had any waiters coming to our table. Everything was good in general though.

Had a great stay for an official meeting. We took 3 rooms and we enjoyed there service. Sushma mam was there during our breakfast who guided and served all good menus for our team
