Radisson Blu Plaza Resort & Convention Centre, Karjat - Hotel in Khandpe, Karjat - Palghar, India

We stayed in a suite which had riverside view. Excellent layout. But lights were pretty dim. Major problem with current here. It keeps going off. I was in the shower when the current was off and the water stopped. It caused a lot of inconvenience. The place has a cycling option and the swimming pool is also nice. Breakfast and dinner spread was good and the staff was courteous.

Great Resort. Wonderful place to relax and enjoy the holidays. Ambience, Rooms, Service and Food are extraordinary. The support of Mr Sandip Ghosh was great. He took care of our breakfast and made sure that our plates were never empty. Had a wonderful time Will surely visit again

Lived in a private bungalow owned by a family member. Great food, good service and amazing pool. Location is 2 hours from SOBO but worth it. Clean well maintained and expanding. Good kids activities and entertainment and a sports turf also.

To start with the reservation and reception staff has no coordination. We did the booking 5 days in advance for 3 suites and they confirmed we will get it together with good view n all. On check -in their feedback was suites are not available together . we got 3 separate suites in different wings. So i didnt understand why we did 15 mins discussion on what rooms or villas we should book during booking... Later after check out we asked for invoice which they said i will get it by same day on mail and its been 8 days i am still following up with them for invoice . They are dodging me between reservation and accounts department. On property, overall it is good but swimming pool has no rules and its become beach than a pool. When your check -in time is 2.00 pm ... Rooms are given to late as cleaning is pending etc etc.. so instead of giving at least complimentary tea coffee , they have hi tea limited charging around 400 per person which i feel is unfair. We had dinner buffet, food served was cold but variety wise it was good and elaborate.

I just want to comment on how outstanding our stay was at this resort . The rooms and facilities were excellent. arrival to the tour of the property, discussions of the sustainability programs, to the meals, cooking with the chef , the games activities, dancing demonstration and the historic videos. everything was perfect. Staff was were great hosts - all the staff made our stay very special. We have been raving about it to all our friends - encouraging them to come to resort. Thankyou so much

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The lobby's elegant decor and soothing ambiance set the tone for a relaxing stay. My room was a haven of comfort and style. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the plush bedding to the carefully curated artwork adorning the walls. Just loved everything about it

Rooms were fine, however on the whole the property felt like it was still under construction. The main thing which was disappointing was that there were flies sitting all over the breakfast buffet. in spite of complaining they didn't do much about it.

Hi, We visited this place last month with family. Location and ambience is good, rooms were clean but they lack in trained and experienced staff. Hotel is good as per their standard but instead of keeping trainees they should keep trained and experienced staff being a luxurious hotel. They should not keep trainees everywhere. Trainees are still learning but they should know that guest has already paid for the luxurious service which was not seen.
