Had a very pleasant and delightful stay at this hotel. I absolutely loved the experience. Great ambiance. Hotel is well maintained. Staff is polite. Enjoyed the amazing spread of the buffet..Morning buffet time is quite good (7:30 am till 11), but the dinner buffet is too early (6:30-8:30pm). They could make some changes in dinner time.
Good service, nice calm and quiet location. Food is tasteful and thematic. Buffet spread is great and worthy. The rooms are nice. But not clean enough for the star standards. Equipments and lights in the room need maintenance. Worst part was that the room reeked of cigarette smoke even though it was non - smoking floor. And there was no effort put to make it smell any better before handing over the room.

Such a soothing stay with very attentive staff at the buffet and desk.The cleanliness , ambience was very good. Chef Tarang gave me a super dosa and mayashree and madhu were so obliging to my requests. Great job!!! Will definitely stay here again and recommend to my friends.

Hi, I am currently staying in this hotel. There is no room services provided at all after calling multiple times. We are paying lot of money for one day stay with no services. We paid for extra bedding for which after waiting for 2-3 hours not yet provided. It's been very frustrating for such a reputated hotel behaving in this way. Not at all expected. Totally disappointed. I would have stayed in 3 star hotel rather than staying here.
Hello I had booked 2 buisness class rooms for 4 adults and i had been here in this place from 3 days.. Rooms were clean except bathrooms it was like okay.. But coming to staff it was terrible especially Mr Vinay, Duty manager of Radisson blu plaza he is ridiculous and completely disrespectful with customers. When we are paying in lakhs for these hotels we demand a good reaponse and respect from hotel staff but this above mentioned guy is disgusting he didnt even know minimum common sense that how to be and what to speak with customers. Kindly replace these kind of staffs and replace with happy faces atleast that would be best in buisness for Radisson.
