I wanted to express my gratitude for the exceptional experience during my recent stay. The facilities were top-notch, providing comfort and convenience. The food at your restaurant surpassed expectations, offering a delightful culinary journey. A special shout-out to Saju and Abhishek from the restaurant - their impeccable service and attention to detail truly enhanced my dining experience. Kudos to the entire team for making my stay memorable.
1/5 to the Room service - I went out around 11 in morning and enabled the room service call button which was still green when i returned around 6 in the evening. TV was not working, called twice to the reception but no one came to address the issue. 4/5 to the Ambience of the hotel. 2/5 to the food and stuff - i tried having 1 breakfast and 1 dinner meal at the hotel. Breakfast was quite good with good variety of options and the taste was fine. Really disappointed with the dinner. I raised concern to Executive chef regarding the quality of food. Overall experience was below average. I would honestly rate 2.25/5 stars this time.

We visited Charmine restaurant for Brunch and had an amazing experience Service was quick and our attendant Bhagwat was an amazing guy. He kept checking if we need anything and was helping us with all we needed. Brunch was having various options with live music. Harinder and chef Mondal and chef sushmita ensured that all the buffet things were served hot and also kept our choices on the table. Food is just wow, fresh and delicious. Truly enjoyed
