Radisson Blu Hotel, New Delhi Dwarka - Hotel in New Delhi, Delhi - South West, India

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in my entire life. We booked a king size nonsmoking business class room and when we arrived, we were told that there were none available and our only options were either a smoking room (we have an infant with us and would very much like to oh, I don't know, not suffocate him?) or a room with twin beds that we could push together for me, my husband and my baby. Like we're at summer camp. We took the twin room beds and were horrified to find the room looked like something out of a motel. We don't have a problem staying at a motel, but for a five star hotel, I expect better that dirty sheets with HAIR and stains on them and ripped up carpet. After being relocated to a slightly better room, I was unsurprised to find out that it still was no better. The sheets have hair and eyelashes on them, the lamp is broken and my toddler almost cracked it over his head. Currently it is standing crooked and I would not surprised if it falls at night. The power outlets barely work and despite the heater being turned on, cold air is still coming out. We called the front desk and maintenance came to tell us that despite there being a heating option, heat doesn't actually come out. He offered us a standing heater. I would expect a five star hotel to have a functioning heater in the room. Like am I reaching for the stars? Not really. I don't even understand how this place is a five star hotel, and we will not being staying here beyond tonight.

The check in was terribly slow we waited for a very long time to get our access card. The card was not working and we had to go to the front desk to sort out. They couldn't assist and only on the 3rd occasion were they able to provide the correct card. The lifts were broken and only one was operational. So the wait time to get up and down took incredibly long. The bath room was not clean on the first night. The pillow sheet also had a bad smell and the kettle didn't work. The food was also expensive with an additional 18% tax charged above the standard rate. On the second night, the room was well cleaned after we informed Rahul about the previous night's issues and he was friendly and assisted with this and the kettle. Also important to note that the area Dwarka has a lot of mosquitoes which find their way into the hotel and cause quite an issue. So take insect repellent with. The hotel staff did assist with providing an earlier breakfast which was great.

Nice and safe hotel for families ,corporate and solo. hotel ambiance was very nice. Rooms were large with all facilities. hygienic washroom and quick services. food was also tasty and pocket friendly. and its located very near to my work place.will recommend all this hotel and i will also come back soon

Had a great stay as usual in Radisson, the hotel tops my favorite in the region for the excellent service, cleanliness and comfort. The rooms are clean and the food is great, the staff friendly, caring and well mannered. All the other support staff due their jobs to perfection, making it an memorable experience rather than a business stay.

Hotel 5 stars, service 0 stars. We booked the hotel for the engagement of our brother. But the hotel management was not at all responsive, not even picking up calls, replying on whatsapp. We had better expectations for the enormous price we paid.

The staff were attentive, ensuring our experience was both enjoyable and comfortable. They were knowledgeable about the menu, making excellent recommendations and accommodating special dietary requests with ease. The hotel staff were equally impressive. This hotel demonstrated a high level of hospitality that left a lasting impression. The genuine care and attention to detail from the staff made our visit a memorable and delightful experience.
