Went for dinner buffet with family. - Service is very nice - Taste excellent - Spread of buffet can be more versatile and diverse. A lot of repetitions and monotony. - Some new innovative live counters and starters are expected - Aura is quite decent. Overall one of the best option for quality buffet in jammu.

Hotel is best out of best excellent service excellent location restaurant within the hotel and near to market. Staff is well trained and soft spoken. Beds are comfortable bathroom are neat and clean.overall nothing to say bed all good .keep it up.

Enjoying the stay here. Excellent and polite staff. Rooms are very well maintained and the WiFi speed is also good for business meetings. I would recommend this to everyone visiting Jammu.

A good place to be. There was live music in the dinner place last time we visited...dinner buffet is 1600 RS plus taxes...staff is good. Valet is available

Terrible service! Lifts get stuck all the time. The emergency staff for opening the stuck lifts not available. Front desk noj cooperative. Can only access your own floor using the room key. What a waste of time and money!

This is not The Radisson you expecting to see. If it would be another hotel I put 3 stars, but for Radisson only 2, since expectations from it are much higher. Furniture in the room is old (I was living in Deluxe Double). After cleaning the room once they forgot to put towels, second time water. Got toilet paper only from second attempt. I twice complain the the lamp in bath flickers, but in the moment when they came it stopped, so they just say "it fixed". But after some time it starts again. Surprised that just customer's complain is not enough for this Radisson to change the lamp. The floor cover at restaurant is old as it's in Soviet gov hospital. Right on entrance to parking is a mountain of bags with garbage with corresponding smell. Maybe customers on cars are provided by vallet parking and they don't see this trash, but I was on motorcycle and parked my bike by myself. Hotel staff is very polite and friendly - the only thing which is matched to Radisson level. I am also not without sin, I must admit - I've stolen a spoon from the hotel, by accident. When I'll be in Jammu next time I'll return it

Luxurious ambiance that resonates with opulence and squeaky-clean rooms, replete with modern amenities, is the essence of this grand hotel, not to mention the swimming pool. For those seeking sensory relaxation and rejuvenation, a spa awaits to pamper their senses. And yet, a few discrepancies stood out during my recent 2-day stay there. On the last day of the trip, while having buffet breakfast, I requested the chef make an omelette. He assured me to do so and serve the same at our table (my elder sister's). Shockingly, that never happened. Perhaps the chef ate it and billed it to us. In room 412, while preparing for a bath inside the glass cabin of the washroom, I felt a force push me in not once but three times. Thankfully, the staff was courteous enough to promptly shift my room to 608. However, in there, a strange knocking sound on the large glass window of the room overlooking the mountain occurred intermittently. Overall, it's a must-visit place for tourists.

They have pathetic services. Breakfast is worst, don't expect much if you all are expecting services like other Radisson. We stayed 2 days there. Both days while we instructed chef for some parathas and Puri they delayed and when we asked why there was delay, they simply answered we forget.
