I visited the place on my birthday occasion. I got the beautiful surprise from the housekeeping team. Even next morning Narendra manager from housekeeping specially met me and ensure our comfort stay. Such a lovely gesture from him. Staff were good and co-operative. Super nice hotel! Great hotel. Everything was nice. Me and my colleagues would surely choose it again next time. The rating is a reflection of how the property compares to the industry standard when it comes to price and facilities.

Fantastic entrance lobby, spacious and extremely chic rooms. Very good use of Tech in the rooms for operational purposes. The breakfast spread is outstanding, the kids absolutely loved the freshly made pancakes and waffles. Service right up there, should ensure they maintain it. Overall, wonderful experience. Barring the access to the hotel there isn't a negative point at all.

We went in for the dinner buffet tonight and were in a group. We went especially to celebrate an occasion as We had been there before for the brunch. To say that it was a disappointment is an understatement. The price charged compared to the quality and options of food was not at all expected. The food options were very very less and surprisingly there were barely any non vegetarian dishes - only chicken and one dish that was fish, that is very very poor! Not a single mutton or prawn dish and no more than 5 -6 options of chicken. The worst part was that the food tasted extremely stale - the breads and desserts especially. The best part about the buffet was the chaat counter and that says a lot when you pay nearly 1600 per person! We don't think we would ever be going back there for food. And an honest opinion - if the outlet plans on reducing the quality and options so drastically, we suggest they should also reduce the price.

My husband and I spent 3 nights at this hotel in August 2023. The staff was so welcoming and they greeted us in corridor, later we knew They were Housekeeping staff when We got our room serviced with Beautiful towel arts and our clothes and belongings were arranged. Shower & bathrooms are clean, shining like new. I want to thank Ashish & Harshad who looked after me while my entire stay. Beautiful lobby and smoke vine & Front office staff had served hospitality at the best. we will visit again.

Very well maintained property with some amazing food options. Manorama was very helpful thorough our entire stay here. The rooms were very spacious with good light and a warm feeling. Highly recommend people travelling to Nashik.

Great stay with amazing food! Their breakfast is seriously good! Everything that we tried was perfect and that's a rarity. They have a cafe in house serving some delicious cakes and pastries! Great place for a short stay. Service was good and rooms are great. Pool's good too.
