Radisson Blu Hotel Amritsar - Hotel in Bal - Amritsar, India

From the beginning, welcome was very good, The staff helped us in every way, from guiding and seeing around. Even ambience and all were nice. Food was good and all kinds of varieties were available for food..Overall nice and comfortable stay. Room was neat & clean. Housekeeping service excellent. special thanks Mr Rishav he is helpful guy. He is decorating our room. excellent job excellent .

My wife and I stayed at Radisson Blu (room 611) from Dec 2 to Dec 4 2023 in Amritsar as part of a large group. I am giving this one star review only because a zero star review is not an option and there were a few brief glimpses when things went well. But overall the hotel is clearly sub par. Room - The hotel appears to be new but the rooms need an upgrade. The couch in our room had a half inch diameter hole in the upholstery that made me question if it was ok to sit on it! Check in - the organizers of our group had provided all the details to the hotel several days in advance but the staff at reception did nothing to be prepared. We had to wait almost an hours for the check in to be completed. Housekeeping - on day one when we entered the room, there were NO hand towels or even bath towels in the room... yes I mean "none"! Fortunately we found a floor towel so we ended up using that. On the second day, we had 2 bath towels, one hand towel but I guess the housekeeping decided that we already had our quota of floor towels, so on day two - no floor towel!! I hope the hotel gets their act together.

Rooms are clean, well supplied with amenities. Room service is fast with great choices on the menu. The reception staff are very welcoming! Give their buffet brrakfast, lunch and dinner a try as it is priced reasonably and has decent choices of food and drink. Recommended place to stay comfortably and it is close to the airport.

my experience at this hotel was best of the best. The staff of the hotel is also very good and Ms.Chandani was quick responsive. The quality of rooms and room service was also excellent, if you are thinking to stay here then just go blindly and book your rooms.

Shyantan, Bipin and the team were so friendly, helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. We had a really great stay at Radisson Blu Hotel Amritsar. Location was 3mins away from the airport but not too far from other places of interests without being in the hustle and bustle of the city. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We have stayed at the hotel twice now during our trip, will definitely recommend the hotel and amazing hospitality.

From the high-quality toiletries to the well-stocked minibar, everything was thoughtfully chosen to enhance the guest experience. The room also had great soundproofing, allowing for a peaceful and quiet stay. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable. It was evident that the housekeeping staff took great care in maintaining the room's cleanliness and tidiness throughout my stay. Overall, my experience with the room at Raddison Amritsar was exceptional. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

So staff is extremely professional and hospitable but rooms are small so bit suffocating. Extremely disappointed with the breakfast,they even didn't had banana's,dosa,uttpam which is common item for breakfast. Breakfasts spread was very small. Light goes off if you charge with socket vertically which is very weird. Someone told me that this was a 3 star property before so room,washroom design is acc to 3 star but hospitality is like 4 star. Overall good stay at good rate. How they can improve is by their breakfast buffet and by picking house keeping call fast. They take 5 min sometimes. Thankd

The customer service is at excellent level. Beant (Duty Manager) had helped me to organize friend's birthday to the best and personally took care of all the arrangements. Thanks a lot to the team. Keep rocking...
