cafe is pretty decent, with good music. decent swimming pool, It was great hotel to stay. Luxury hotel, Staff was not helpful. Just said yes without understanding. the services of hotels were amazing ,the staff was also well mannered and really helpful. However the services was bit slower at few places ,but that is quite manageable as overall they provided a good experience..

We had a brilliant stay at this hotel. The staff on the desk were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is fresh and clean with a nice atmosphere. Breakfast was great with a good selection, the staff at breakfast were brilliant and working extremely hard to replenish frequently. Housekeeping was excellent we asked for an extra duvet late at night and this was brought up promptly. This hotel is excellent value in terms of location and the price we paid. We as a family really enjoyed our stay here

Currently staying at this family run hotel and it's absolutely brilliant. Very comfortable rooms, excellent bathrooms and top-notch breakfast. My one tiny little gripe is that there's only one pillow per person in the room, but to be honest it didn't affect an excellent sleep or experience overall. Staff are all super friendly, too. Excellent staff! Breakfast available. We arrived early, the kept our bags so we could explore. They arranged transportation as we needed it. We will stay again.

Service in Restaurant is very poor, only 1 waiter is serving in restaurant, 4-5 tables are in waiting. Anytime better to prefer any other 5 star hotel. Rooms are clean, Quality is good but not maintained. Washroom curtains are opened and damaged. Thanks.

Worst security guard and valet staff. Today I went for the dinner with my friend at timpani restaurant. After reaching the hotel, I handed over my car to the valet. The valet gave me a coupon with number 24 written on it. After having dinner when I came back, I handed my coupon to the valet so that he can get back the car. The valet came to me and told me "we are unable to find your car's key" and then he told me to come to his desk and recognize the key. After reaching his table, I immediately recognized my key and found that the coupon which was attached to it by him was written number 9. I told him that this is my car's key, he told me "we can't give you car, first produce the documents". I told him that documents are inside the car, we will go there you verify it. He told me that he can't open anyone's car without the consent. I told him that's my car, and it's error from your side. Still he was denying. After some minutes he came with my car and told me to give my photo I'd so that he will release the car. I also verified him the documents still he was denying.I presented my photo id and still he was rude. Remember it was error from your side. Not mine. You should have taken care of. It's total harassment. Even it was your error, still I cooperated, verified the documents but still I was harassed by the security guard and valet. This is total harassment and please get in contact with me as soon as possible. This event took place on 10/10/2023 where I entered the hotel around 8:30 pm and exited the hotel around 10:30 pm

Great service despite the fact that a world cup final was taking place! Jyoti at the front desk was a delight & the rest of the staff made for an enjoyable stay. Thank you

Everything was good, except that a hair dryer I requested for was not delivered even after 2 calls. All you had to say was no, you couldn't! I would have understood. Instead of saying yes and not doing so!

In Radisson Blu we visited timpani and the food there was so good and flavorful. There are many options for veg and non-veg food,salads,pasta,beverages and deserts. The staff is very helpful and behaved. Overall cleanliness and hygiene in surroundings and food is just on point.
