This particular isn't really that grand. The location is bit away from main Cochin. I had booked a suite but the room wasn't really that spacious. Didn't have much food option. Plus the fragrance used at the welcome hall gave me headache.
I visited with my family once we reached there it was way more beautiful than expected, The ambiance was awesome, great hospitality and overall the best experience.
Dot have any contact details to contact to the hotel. So pathetic. If possible pls share the same.
A very good property in Pahalgam leaving nothing to be wanting for. Lives up to the Radisson brand. Exquisite lawns and grand property. They have 2 restaurants for veg and non-veg.
Staff is excellent. Very helpful and quite happy to help. Entrance looks like a 3* property and the music they play here classical tabla and sitar IS IRRITATING TO THE CORE. Same music repeats every 5 minutes. 3 days stay there, I almost wanted to rip off their stereo system in pure agony. Same music 24*7 being played in the lobby, restaurants and in full blast audio that can travel a mile without doubt. Please be kind to yourself and your staff if not your guests. Don't send them to a mental institution if they were to hear that everyday for a month. The rooms here are ok. Comfy Shower area no shower mats. SLIPPERY GRANITE IS A DEFINITE HAZARD. So take care LED lights all in the wrong place and where required can't get illumination there Overall doesn't seem like a 5* and that too a RADISSON BLU hotel property
Very beautiful history The Radisson Blu brand first came into being in 2009 when Radisson SAS rebranded and changed its name to Radisson Blu.[1] In 1960, the Royal Copenhagen hotel opened in Denmark.
