The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly, ensuring a delightful and efficient service experience. The rooms exceeded our expectations--they were impeccably clean, well-appointed, and thoughtfully arranged. The front desk staff went out of their way to arrange breakfast boxes for our early departure, displaying a genuine kindness. We were impressed by the quick response and efficiency of both the room service and housekeeping teams. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and left with a positive impression.

Attended a meeting in this hotel and had lunch at this restaurant. Very tasty and good service. The restrooms are maintained very well. Ambience within the hotel is good. We had difficulty in navigating out of this hotel as many routes displayed in Google maps were blocked and reaching MG road was very confusing.

Back home? I really would like to thank the whole team at Radison Blu Bengaluru. Everything was really nice and the friendly team was very efficient. Thank you especially to Chef Vasu for the quality and variety of the food, to Mr Subrat, Avishek, Ayan, Nagi, Roshni, Karna ans Sanjay but also the housekeepers and the reception team. Rooms are clean and comfy. Very few English channels. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel serves continental breakfast and local meals. I also got some freebies upon my arrival like limited service at their in-house spa, complimentary cookies, discount dinner coupon, etc. Being situated near a lake is a plus, but it's hard to go out and come here because of traffic. There are some dining places near the area that serve local food and some fusion cuisine.

I and my family members are extremely glad that we made the right choice of booking the hotel stay with Radisson at City Centre, M G Road. The staffs were exceptionally cordial and helpful. Especially, the staff Mr Aravind was looking after every needs of ours with great care and timely manner. All the staffs were well trained to take care of the guests need. The hotel rooms are well maintained. The room service was prompt. I and my family members enjoyed the stay. I would not hesitate to book my next stay with Radisson city centre. The only complaint that I would like to register is with the service desk that I initially made phone call to reconfirm my booking. The lines were either busy or the staffs were immediately disconnecting the call or talking in extremely low voice. I end up spending over 30 minutes to finally talk to someone over phone.

It is an absolutely amazing hotel. The rooms are clean, the food is delicious and there is a gym. Best not to go to the pool in this weather, but i would recommend it in the summer. The staff are helpful and friendly. I would definitely come again

I had visited this Hotel recently for a business meet over lunch. The banquet hall is neat and well maintained. Car parking within the hotel premises can be a challenge, if there are too many cars. The food spread is great. Their service is also quick. I loved their Pav bhaji during an earlier hi-tea meet. For lunch, there was a lavish buffet - roti, 3 types of gravies, starters. I believe their chicken Tikka and mutton biryani were a sheer indulgence for non-vegeterians. Their hospitality standards are also very good. I hope they continue to maintain this hotel in a similar manner. I just loved the place.
