Worst hospital.Staffs and Doctors seems to be less experienced. Always prefer Nagpur or other Metro cities for Critical Surgery or Neurosurgery and the treatment related to same and heart.

Worst staff ever. The staff is rude . Visit the hospital ( at your own risk )they will make you wait till you die on the waiting bench. My appointment time was at 12:30PM ( which i booked at 7:30AM same day also i was the first one to do so for the day ) i was allowed to visit doctor at 4:10PM. Just staff making money.

I took appointment at 12.30 . After that they said we have to take blood pressure of patient and files are already sent in. So they said you will have to wait . Your number will be last. So I cancelled my number . I got refund of 500/- and 50 Rs was Registration fees which was non refundable. Staff is rude with patients. Better to find other hospital.
Can't book appointments on call, you have to visit hospital and wait for long hours in the hospital.

Nursing staff at reception is very rude and unprofessional. They think that patients are useless and they came here for timepass. Management should consider these points as patients came from out of amravati and far from city.
