Not to choose this service. For injection service, they are charging INR 500 per visit. They are money minded people and they don't deserve it. Pls do not choose this and highly not recommended
Radiant home services was recommended by a close family friend. Monica was phenomenal in understanding our need and finding male nurse Ranjithkumar to take care of my family member. Ranjithkumar is an awesome and amazing person. His level of care sets a very high standard for anyone to meet. He organized the medicines and ensured adherence to medical advice. He helped with managing transportation and also took ownership of care. He is an asset to anyone looking for a caregiver. Overall very very satisfied with Radiant and Monica/ Ranjithkumar. Their billing team is also very professional and know how to work with customers.
Personally, I would not at all recommend to avail the services of Radiant Home Health Sevices. They do not carry out a background check of the nurse before engaging them. Though they promised to depute a semi-trained nurse to take care of my ailing mother, the deputed person was completely short of these requirements. The deputed nurse was demanding for a comfortable living instead of taking care of my ailing mother. She has no prior experience of nursing care activities. If you are really interested that your ailing / sick relative is to be well taken care of, please think twice before deciding to engage the services of Radiant Home Health Services.
