This place is highly overrated. The online rates of this facility are exorbitant. We paid more than double for rooms as it was our first time and we believed on online stuff. Rooms are just okay and not good enough if you are looking somewhat premium services. However, food quality is good and staff is humble but room service is not good. This facility is okay @<5K.

Mid level hotel. Courteous staff. Reasonable rooms- clean. Bathrooms are slightly smaller in size. Good dining area. A limited breakfast spread is available, however, quality is slightly limited. Pool was dirty and appeared not to be maintained. The change rooms were dinghy. No towels are available. Construction was ongoing during our stay - lot of noise. Good hotel. Could be improved upon.

it is a nice hotel located near sukhadia circle. all basic amenities are there. housekeeping is good. front office staff is polite and cooperative. room service is also good. in all everything is there to make you feel good. I am very happy with my experience at this place. I would like to come here again. a nice place to come again to feel fine level of hospitality.

First why people calling it 4 star hotel that I dont know. Even i have never seen that worst rooms in 2 star hotels in my life. My first impression when I entered in lobby / main ambience is impressive but the rooms are really dirty. Air conditioner is not working and the remotes of it also not working. I came to know hilarious reason for it that 'its satellite AC hence in every room its works the same'. Also after that I came to know that there is Rat in my room. So after so many arguments and illogical comments by staff they had given another smaller room to me with the same price. No proper housekeeping service, you need to call them for replacement of toiletries and for tea/coffee. Rooms floor are sticky and you fill some kind of dust at your feet every time. There were renovation going on in the hotel, so massive voice of drills and carpentry work which disturbing continuously till late evening. They buildup bathrooms in a way that if one person took a shower than whole bathroom will get will full of water and you will feel like you are walking on street with full of water. What more I say there is water leakage in main ambience of Hotel. Breakfast is ok and 70% of the items are repetitive everyday. The hotel is having 2 amenities one is swimming pool and other one is gym. Beside the pool you can see neighbour room and the gym were remaining close with big chain and lock. The manager I had directly deal for the rooms had missing since I checked in. Prior to booking he was like sir dont worry I will be there everytime and everything will be taken care but whenever I called him from the hotel he was somewhat not in the Hotel. There is no nearby other restaurant from the Hotel that you can go and try some food. The Google location is worst in this city so you cant trust on that even. If u r getting this hotel at cheaper rates than only go for it else there are lots of options available at semi or higher rates. I have given this long review and not interested at all for putting photos of the hotel.

We had to make a last minute reservation for a 3 day stay at the hotel ! Right from the reservation desk in the lobby, one weird or rather stupid policy of the hotel states that the guest needs to pay 100% of the tariff before the room allocation! The hotel seemed old and needs immediate makeover as every corner of the hotel is out of use. Be it the basic facility Wi-Fi which is out of order, the washroom of the room which is rusted and broken. The tariff rates of the hotel doesn't justify any of the facilities and hospitalities the hotel offers. Golden Tulip is a brand and the brand has its name and fame, but really sorry to write it this way for Golden Tulip Udaipur.

Nice place. We have experienced a brownie with icecream here . They served late night also. Taste was good. I have enjoyed stay here too. They offer a wide range of breakfast. Nice place to stay , only thing is, they won't give you any view of Lake or mountains from rooms. But it is in center of the city, so it's easy to go anywhere from this place. Great service. You can enjoy if you don't want to drive everytime.
