The appartment is located thoraipakkam signal in omr. The appartment has many facilities with beautiful houses.

A new project at OMR at an excellent location with a fabulous construction with a super market coming up and restaurant in the premises along with ample amenities such as gymnasium, club house, swimming pool, solar electricity etc...

I don't know who others felt. But I had a horrible experience with this salesman AFROZ. I booked a flat on 2017 with a promise that the rate per sq ft is 6000rs and ready to move in. Months went on, but my promised flat is not handed over. Finally, one day, they called and said that my booking has been cancelled and it will be a fresh buy with 9000rs per sqft as price. We asked to call afroz who gave us the promise. But they hide that guy saying that he eloped from this company... Finally I didn't buy anything. Thank God, the cheque which I gave as advance got expired before they call me.

I chose Radiance Mandarin because it was coming up next to my rented apartment. I went and saw the finish especially the flooring and view and I immediately liked it. the location has good connectivity and is near my office. Comparing with other projects in the locality I liked Mandarin because of the look and finish. I get the best view from my apartment with free-flowing air and light. I love the place a lot.

How to rent apartment in the building? Any broker contact/leads. Pls help

Stayed here through Zolo in 3 BHK and i would say one of the best places i have ever stayed. Room size and other area is huge..ceiling is very high due to which rooms look bigger.Gym is better than outside paid gyms.I never used swimming pool but i see always ppl using it..clean water..bus stop is at the gate..so location wise it is perfect. Security at main gate and each building..never locked my apt.. cons: paying 3k-4 K per month higher than other places..

Bit costly than other nearby sociaties because of prime location. 1BHK is bit small here specially kitchen which is almost side part of hall. Gym facility is available without extra charges with coach. Swimming is also there but waiting for some approval to functional. currently, pool is not functional. Security don't allow anyone other than the residents after 10 night. u cant get food/any order delivery on doorstep after 10 PM, if you, u have to go to main gate to pick the order.
