Worst bus ever...! They sold our seats to another passengers for commission . People without seats where sleeping in the passage. We were suppose to reach at 8 AM But tyre got punctured and there was no back up so we waited for almost more than 2+ hours.. DO NOT BOOK this travels online or from any another AGENT it's a big time scam.
Worst experience. First, I was given another seat which was not booked for me and the AC of that seat was also not working, whole bus was smelling like a fish market. The conductor was also very impolite, made local passengers sit on the way and asked me to share my seat, which I did not obviously . No AC sleeper bus all the way as heavy as a local.
Worst service ever. Needed to travel sitting on floor even after paying full money.

Worst travel agency these guys are leaving the customers on dinner break at night, haven't check the seats and taking the bus destination how irresponsible they are and even they stopped the bus for almost 1.5 hrs and onboard the luggage for business(their side income) and they were telling lies they are onboarding the customers also they served freaking hot water bottles which you can't even drink in summers very bad service disgusting, the estimate arrival time for the destination was 4:30 but they arrived at the destination at 7:00 , those who has offices should not onboard this bus at all.
Worst travel buses....services are not good ......its my first and last time in this bus.... Suggest you to choose shatabdi or some good travel agencies.......
