Rooms : Clean and spacious but not comfortable.
Services : Only one person is available and same person is manager, cook and security guard as well during night. A lady is available whole day to take care of services like cleaning, water etc.
Location : Located in industrial area and same is biggest demerit of this hotel as they do not have any restaurant and as it is in secluded place, no restaurant is nearby available either. The hotel only provided Tea, rest you can order through swiggy or zomato.
Great place to stay in Nashik. I would like to thank Jatin Bhai, the Manager who is also a very good cook. We enjoyed our stay for 5 days.

We went there few weeks before on fakily trip but the staffs are rude and the rooms they have provided are not good. Only one recommendation to change the bed and the mattress that is so uncomfortable that we need to sleep on floor. #So_So_Experience even though the name is too good but the service is not as expected
Worst service I faced ever.The behaviour with Bob staffs was so bad as if they favoured us by giving us the room.
After checkout, my kid asked water but they denied to give water which was a worst behaviour ever.
Staff don't know how to speak with visitors, talking rude and arrogantly. if this hotel belongs to malpani group please get his service better. If you are visiting please do avoid them and this restaurant
