this property was such a surprise!
It is gorgeous beyond measure. Like the kind photos can't do justice to, you have to be there to take in the entirety of it. (Also there weren't many photos/reviews back then, so it added to the surprise!)
We were not expecting something so beautiful given how affordable the room tariff was!
The rooms are a good size, clean washroom, timely room service.
The staff is pretty accommodating.
100% recommend...!
Worst hotel in the city. Staff doesn't know how to behave and the guy at the reception thinks he owns the world. They denied me to check in saying rooms are full just because I booked it online. But they gave another couple a room right in front of me. Didn't expect this service from a treebo hotel. Please book another hotel and avoid this.
Location was far away from my office, and i faced difficulty to reach office as the hotel did not have private cab facility

* If you book from online platform better check the occupency before paying whether You have 1 or 2 adult selected. And if you are coming 2 adult and selected by mistakely 1 adult the hotel people will charge money and later they will end with a quite bargain price as a bribe because i was not having time so i have paid the extra .
* I have booked classic Room but later they ended up Giving me Normal Room .
* No hot water Supply , in the name of hot water they say solar water is coming which is not at all hot. After A lot talk they give you basic water heater and heat the water yourself
*No complimentary Packed Water bottle they provide at time
Of check in , They Charge for this too 20 bugs
*Bedding Is very old and poor and untidy and have lot of smell m, We Use our blanket which we bought along with us.
* No Lift In the hotel , They expect to take your luggage bags yourself , after a lot discussion they say you Go Ahead we will send Your luggage later. Hotel start From 2nd Floor .Feels like i climb mountain

Time once u used for brush your teeth or any thing else u have to wait to drain is very slowly.

To stay In Hotel Sparkling Pearl or the fern residency .
*If You are selecting Breakfast in the package Than you lost your money , in the name of breakfast they give you poha and coffee thats it no more extra poha if you needed and end up with empty stomach . Its better use swiggy zomato and order from outside with lots of coupon code . Not At all wow Breakfast they gave to us
* Rude Staff , No 1% of humanity is seen with hospitality Staff from reception counter to lobby staff. Very unmannered trained Staff.
*if Google provide Half star i have been given to this hotel.
* i am a travel blogger and using my experiences in staying in waste of money and total loss. If you argue with the staff they wont listen at all and as ur a not local u have to end up with compromise.
I hope this review given by me is lesson for some one and teaching to all of us.

Worst experience of an Oyo hotel. This was first and last time used Oyo. The bed sheets blankets pillows were dirty and stain were seen everywhere. Washrooom was dirty and without any toiletries. This hotel was so bad that I had to leave room 2 hours after booking. Will never recommend anyone Oyo.
