Good Apartment. I have flat there. Flat structure wise & finishing wise very good. but One thing to consider is that management Maintenance charges are way higher then services provided & not worthy enough. Builders are not good managers. They just know how to build but doesn't know how to put for long term maintenance plan. Gym not working properly, very pathetic terms set for using gym , even after paying high in maintenance. So anyone looking for any projects of Eklingi, Make sure,You discus all this factors before you to book flats. But Eklingi has good name in this area specially Sanand, you might consider they have long track records of work here. Apart from all these factors, if you looking for good skim with reasonable charges this Project suits best. I ended up getting our flat after 3 years of searching in all areas of Ahmedabad.
