I've attended my friend's engagement function here and stayed for the night. Food was absolutely delicious. Room was good. But the issue is with the service. I heard there is a lack of coordination within the stuff thats why they have to suffer.
The staff of hotel is very poor. They put random people at counter and give fake commitment. The manager doesnot responds and staff is not answerable. If shift changes , then the new one doesnot follow the commitment made by the other one....At night time, they put guard at the counter instead of any representative or manager. Will never want to visit and request that dont visit and book this hotel because these people have no laws and logical approach.
This is a pure vegetarian hotel. The location is good. The rooms are neat and tidy. The service needs some serious improvement as the staff is reluctant to work or serve. Overall, if you are interested in a decent and clean room in this area, i would surely recommend this hotel. Please do not have any expectations from the service.
Located at a prime location in Lake Town, the hotel is everything you need at an affordable price. The rooms are clean with a clean washroom and all the amenities you need. The hotel also has a restaurant which is a must try for vegetarian lovers. The restaurant has been awarded for its food and is one of the prime family restaurants in the area.
The person whom i spoke to for booking was asking for advance money which i was ready to pay but when i asked him to give me receipt or booking confirmation the person started behaving rudely and said we wont provide you any booking. I spoke to 2 guys one was Dinesh and other person gave me his name Sant Kumar(seems like a fake name) and they both behaved badly. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone

A good option to stay near laketown. Completely Vegetarian. Awesome food and friendly staff.
Hotel is clean and food is good but now its worthy of one star only. We satyed 3 days and everyday we had to call several times for room cleaning an all. On top of that the water is chargable. We had taken a room for 3 people and they just gave 1ltr bottle per day rest is chargable. Then the TV. I informed them that its showing its not recharged and they said it will be started in a few mins but nothing as such happned. Dude your charging a ton so give service like that. Very unresponsive staff. Overall experience was very bad.
