Today I went to the shop to get a ring. The staff was very unprofessional and rude.He was constantly fat shaming and hardly looked into what designs we wanted . After I confronted him that his words were not very pleasant and he should be careful about this he just ignored. I wanted to convey this to the manager but the guy at the billing counter kept on looking and hardly assisted us with anything . Even when I politely told them that I was very upset about this constant fat shaming and comments that didn't make me comfortable the staff was neither apologetic nor they did anything. They just kept on giving me looks but none of the staff tried to apologize or bail me out from the unprofessionalism that they offered. I was really very upset about all of this so I politely said I don't want to buy anything from a place like this and left . I am writing this review in this hope that after reading this review the authorities look into the matter and no one else has to suffer from this behaviour again.
I'm in love with all the beautiful collections here . Specially the behaviour and respect they give to their customers is heart touching .I recently bought a beautiful solitaire ring from here and the detailing and design was worth every penny i spent on that.I would highly recommend this place if you are planning to buy trendy and classy jewellery at a reasonable price.
