If you need good and affordable rooms nearest to bus stand then nothing is better than Radha Raman Dharamshala. There are very big rooms with attached bathrooms in some rooms. The rooms are so big in size that upto 7 people can stay in a room. One can easily stay here at Rs.100 per day.
