Radha Kunj - Hotel in Vrindavan - Mathura, India

From 5th to 16th Nov we three families stayed there with 50%booking amount paid since months.The owner one Rajesh is a rogue who misbehaves once u check in.He demanded full payment at the time of check-in n forced us shifte from this room to that room during our stay.we 3 families occupied rooms 2,8,7,6,9 n 4 suiting his need to dump more people in one room to extract more money.Rooms are smaller.i 2 rooms TV was not working n In room 6 my sister fell I'll due to bed bug biting n when I complained the owner threatened us to immediately checked out.one lady from Delhi with prior booking came n seeing the smaller size room didn't check in n left grumbling as his advance amount was not refunded.No payment receipt was given to any occupant n even after several request the owner sent my receipt in whatasap after 10 days of checking out.As simple customers tolerated one or two days stay didn't bother about money receipt.Though full occupancy was there he owner I m sure avoids income tax by not giving any receipt.Friends never stay in this hotel as we go there to earn virtue not to tolerate the mischievous owner Rajes n his equally uncivil manager one Bikesh

The hotel receptionist was so rude that he scold us when we call to confirm our booking and denied cheak in I prefer not to stay in this property ever one of my colleague went to this property then steal their luggage and when he ask them to return then they beat my colleague badly the worst and horrible experience

This is very bad accomodation with very small rooms and almost no space in their washrooms to take shower and toilet. Charging very high price according to their space. They take commission in car parking too. If you don't pay them with car parking they will increase room rent inspite the amount in which they've previously agreed.

If You are looking for a pocket friendly hotel, decent room with all the facilities and that too near by Shri Banke Bihari G Temple. Without another thought, Go for this Hotel. Staff is really good, rooms are clean and Hygienic. And this hotel is very near to the main Temple.

Good place near to Madan Mohan temple We got bed in hall here because all rooms are full.

Good Support of Staff, Room liitle Small, Hall Capacity 16 people Bed, Near by Banke bihari Temple, No need additional vehicle, Just walking distance.

I was there for lunch good place but owner have rude behaviour staff is courteous food is okay location is also good
