This was a pretty mixed experience. 1. Staff is very well behaved and polite. 2. The rooms and the infrastructure is a bit old and nobody seems to be paying attention to it. I had to ask for everything and bring up problems every day! All minor problems, (like broken door handle, fridge not working, AC breaking down) but they add up. Also, they take too long to resolve such issues. 3. Food is good in the buffet restaurant. 4. The bar was always closed. They now lend out that room for small functions. 5. Sound proofing isn't all the good. If you get a room near the lifts, the lift's motor can be heard throughout the night. Also, staff starts talking loudly in the corridors at 5 in the morning.

Bad Experience - I was there for a business trip. I had booked for Queen bedroom , 4 days before . But on arrival I was given twin bed. Restroom closet was not clean and I had to call in for service. When I informed this to the reception manager, the response I received instead of sorry was , 'why not you look for another room'. During checkout , they had no idea about my online payment and without due diligence, they just handed over the full bill again asking me to pay. Later it was sorted out. Overall , it was a bad experience for me. Hope you would sort this out in future . Thank you

I was there for Dandya night organised in the hotel. No parking was provided. It was horrible walking through the deserted metro station and badly lit road after parking my car 800 mtrs away in an open field. If parking issue is sorted, i would rate this property higher .

We went for dandiya 2023. There was no car parking . They asked us to park in ktpo, when we went to ktpo they told they are having their own event happening inside no outsider allowed to park. Somehow we had to park on road. Inside dandiya place food was too costly and not of good quality.

Went for lunch buffet with my family. There are not many veg options. Starter and desert option are very less. For the kid's buffet price charged 899+taxes which is very high with very limited options. Hotel cleanliness is good, but buffet is not a good option.

Had a pleasant stay.. good breakfast and well maintained.. located in the Whitefield area and suits for business visit

I had ordered veg Chinese combo meal for dinner and instead of that i received chicken Chinese combo meal. This is utterly disappointing specially being a pure vegetarian. Not acceptable at all.

Very pleasant stay I had in my 4days of official trip. If IT guys are coming for their whitefield offices, then this hotel is reasonable to stay. Good food and staffs are always warm and active.
