Three days back I stayed in this hotel for two days. Don't trust negative reviews. As per my experience, firstly the staff is very welcoming, cooperative and supportive. Secondly, The rooms are very good and very well maintained. I can give 5/5 for maintenance. We got excellent room at very reasonable price. One must visit/choose to stay in this hotel (vrindavan). Thirdly, to be honest, Just because as I am from south (Hyderabad), I am not satisfied with the food quality and mainly quantity. Rest everything is very awesome in this hotel. The rooms are very spacious and washrooms are very clean.
The rooms are great and big price ranges from 2500 - 4000 it is near Prem mandir and at a peaceful location, one should stay here. I also met with the owner he is also good and welcoming. During the stay you get 1 complimentary alkaline water there is a mini fridge, kettle , tv and ac in the room. The service is slow, maybe due to less staff but the overall stay was great . And when you checkout you get a banke bihari photo which is the best part in fact a big photo.
Rooms are nice, but dont like service. Side area is under construction and feels interior side of town. Most imo thing which we observed that there cabs service charges are extremely high. Even there is not at all any family or guest atmosphere. They behave like they have done favour on us.
One of the best hotels in area. No second thoughts about it. New property with excellent and fully furnished rooms. Promt Service by hotel Staff. Mr Vinay is very cooperative and takes care of your stay and movement around.
One of the best hotel to stay in Vrindavan. I stayed with one of my friend and we both had an amazing experience. Great food, superb service, very hygiene and specially the staff behaviour is nice. Prices are affordable as per the facilities they provide. We specially thanks Mr. Vijay, the manager over here for taking care of us so well.
