Booked cab all went good at the end of the trip he charged high by saying extra hours. Business point of view he talked very roughly at the end of the trip he makes order to pay extra and we paid but the driver is very polite and good. the owner is very soft while booking and rough while end of the trip. my advice we can get some other cab at this rate. he charged 4700 for a day and we covered 245km.
Very good Service from Rachana Travels at a reasonable price. We booked their car rentals for a total of 4 days journey to visit 3 temples in Karnataka, but we were able to visit 2 more within 4 days itself thanks to the driver they assigned. The driver was well informed about the places and routes and was very co-operative and well mannered.
Book 8 days trip from them from 1st jan to 8th jan for Karnataka traveling .though i travelling from delhi and never met them personally but it was a very good experience. I reserved this company to transport 7 people to and from the airport and all went well, although they took a very long time to confirm my booking. Then I specificied that I was making a new reservation for the day after for just I to pickup my sister from the airport. Apparently this was too complex because the cab never showed up to pick up the 7 people from the airport back home. Then all went well with the next day picking up my sister. A month later I email them to do another airport drop off and pick up for only two people. I emailed them 5 days before my intended reservation, didn't hear back, then emailed a second time and never heard back. I recommended this company to others as well and they got back to them but never got back to me. I'm very annoyed and never recommending them again. Bad business tactics.

Very good service from Rachana Travels. We booked their cab for 3 days to visit Udupi, Sringeri, Horanadu, Dharmastala and kukke Subramanya starting from Mangalore. They provided a very good quality cab at a reasonable price. The driver also was very cooperative. They give valuable suggestions for sight seeing. I would like to specifically mention Mr Vijendra Prasad from Rachana travels made our trip a success with his suggestions. There are many travel agencies in Mangalore but I would definitely recommend Rachana travels.
