It's a great apartment complex. The building area is always clean and tidy. Overall it's a very good place to stay.
NO PARKING AVAILABLE FOR A SINGLE VISITOR CAR! Went there to visit relative's house, the security is pathetic did not allow me to park my vehicle properly. 1)WAS SHOCKED TO SEE FLAT OWNERS PARKING THEIR CARS IN OPEN AREA. REALLY DOUBT ON ARCHITECT'S AND BUILDER'S PLANNING AS THERE IS NO PROPER APPROACHABLE PARKING SPACE FOR VISITORS AND TENANTS AS WELL. 2) NO IMMEDIATE GENERATOR BACK-UP FOR LIFTS.LIFTS ARE VERY SMALL AND CLOSED.ELECTRICITY WENT OFF AND I GOT STUCKED IN IT. IT TOOK AROUND 20-25 MINS FOR SOMEONE TO START THE GENERATOR. I WAS FULL OF SWEAT NOT RECOMMENDABLE FOR SENIOR CITIZENS SMALL KIDS. 3) WORST MAINTENANCE - PAN STAINS INSIDE LIFTS ALL OVER. THIS SOCIETY JUST APPEARS TO BE NICE ON FIRST IMPRESSION.
