Went there a few times long-ago . The services were good .

Have been going to this place since this place has started giving us services as this is the first place to provide postal service after Siliguri Head Post Office, in surrounding area.

It says that it remains open till 3:00pm on Sundays but it doesn't open on Sundays. Either it's employees negligence or the information is incorrect. Due to this information, I went there and found no-one. This is a complete waste of time of their consumers and they don't bother to update the information.

The employees are like king of that place from postman, peon, clerk etc all behave really rude. They all added some extra butter in their back and belly. This need to be privatisation, and all this Govt staff need to be wiped off

I don't want to give this post office any kind of rating.because this office don't have any knowledge how to behave with the consumers.they even less knowledge about there work also. As per me being a postmaster she/he can't ignore there responsibilities. May God give them the right path.

Very bad service. I have a parcel vide this office . I personally go there to receive that parcel because I am in hurry. But they don't even listen my word. This is soo bad... I am very disappointed.... Very poor service... And this is not my 1st time. This is my 4th time. Once I missed my job exam for this reason... Very bad. You people must replace that workers and bring the new energetic worker...

Pathetic service Indiapost is worst The actual "Kamchor" people work here .They behave as if they are doing a mercy on us.The Postman are lazy and reluctant to work and I had to go there to collect my parcel and those lazy guys couldn't even locate my parcel in their own office.They just want their salary without doing any work.
