Room is ok. But the service is not good. Even they do not provide a plate, if you bought your food from outside. if called for any issue, they do argue, why you are calling again and again.
They just don't want to listen to you.
Huge property located amidst serene nature with ammenities such as Swimming pool, rain dance and other indoor activities such as Carrom, dart, foosball,etc. It has separate huge parking space for vehicles. Nagaon beach is just 1.5 kms from the property. Food served here is freshly prepared on order to make basis as per our need. Rooms are neat and clean with fresh linen. Washrooms are neat and clean with 24 hr hot water supply. Caretakers and owners are soft spoken and are guest friendly.
It was a really very nice experience. Rooms were clean. Extra blankets and pillows etc. Was already provided. Food quality is good. We enjoyed a lot and had a safe, soothing experience.
Awesome experience,
1) Rooms - Ranwara cottage is having total 18 rooms and separate plot allocated for parking only. We have booked deluxe rooms (AC Rooms) which was very clean, Bathroom also nit n clean. Rooms (AC, TV, Extra Mattress) 10 out of 10.
2) Food - You have to give order it in advance and they buy fresh fish from the market as per orders received in advance. so there are very less chance to get extra food/dish at the time of dinner/lunch. But they are providing quality food, Taste was awesome. Thank you for delicious food. (Food 09 out 10) (Must Try Surmai, Prawns Thali) (Room service not available for that have given 9/10)
3) Locality & Cottage Area - 3km Away from Nagaon Beach, its better to use vehicle if you want to go on beach. Cottage area is very very peaceful and very nice place.
4) Amenities - Swimming Pool is in good condition, Rain dance/shower not available, Carrom available, Soccer table not is good condition. (8 out 10)
5) Garden Area - Superb, Peaceful. (10 out of 10)

Resort was quite comfy n we friends loved every moment. Also the rooms were clean and the staff was very approachable

Apart from swimming pool there is nothing to cherish about Rooms were good for staying with family Was not worth for the money spended on staying the price should be lower because no service provided by them the owner parents who take care were very adamant,very cunning unapproachable people rooms were nice however not so good located near to road, parking provided which i like whether we have to recommend to our family and friends need to think on it. This feedback is to improve things and if it improved then it can be given 5 stars no doubt.
Stay was very good ... nice rooms with A.C. .. All over the coconut trees and greenery. Ample of Parking space. Pool was very good. Place is good for Families. Only thing can improve is room service.

This place has become our family's go to accommodation in Alibaug. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. They have all ranges and sizes of rooms avaliable. And it is just walking distance from Nagaon beach.
The food
The camping place was good however the food they served with the amount they took was not at all up to the mark.. If you are giving starters at least cook it nicely. People come to these places for a good experience at least make it an effort to make

The Ice Apple Resort in Nagaon, Alibaug is an excellent place to stay. The staff, Mr. Rohit, Mr. Gitesh & Mr. Rahul, were excellent in their work, honest & very helpful. The rooms were also very clean. The food was very tasty & the credit for this

It was a very good experience here at Shravani Holiday Home. The place is quite near to Nagaon beach and the market area is also there. The rooms are neat and clean, hot water is available. The homemade food was very tasty, especially Chicken Thali.
