Basic room but clean enough. Very comfy bed, not keen on the foam pillows though. Cold shower. Walking distance from markets, Palace and other attractions. They don't take international card payment. OK for the price.

Worst service; very bad bedding I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at a hotel that left me thoroughly disappointed and frustrated. From the moment I checked in, it was evident that the service provided was far from satisfactory. The staff appeared disinterested and lacked any semblance of professionalism. Their overall attitude and lack of responsiveness to guest needs were shocking. One of the major letdowns of my stay was the abysmal quality of the bedding. The mattress was uncomfortable, lumpy, and felt like it hadn't been replaced in ages. The pillows were flat and lifeless, offering zero support or comfort. It seemed as though the hotel had completely neglected the importance of a good night's sleep for their guests. Adding insult to injury, the exorbitant prices charged for the rooms were utterly unjustified. The accommodation lacked any distinctive features or luxurious amenities that could justify such inflated rates. It felt like a rip-off, considering the dismal quality of the service and the unappealing condition of the rooms. Furthermore, the overall cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. The hallways were littered with debris, and the rooms themselves had an unpleasant odor that lingered throughout my stay. It was evident that cleanliness and maintenance were not a priority for this establishment. The lack of attention to detail was evident in every aspect of my experience. From the worn-out furniture to the outdated decor, it was clear that the hotel was in dire need of a complete renovation and a serious upgrade in service standards. I must caution potential guests to steer clear of this hotel unless they have no other options available. The combination of terrible service, uncomfortable bedding, and exorbitant prices makes it a place to avoid at all costs. It was an experience that left a sour taste in my mouth and one that I would not wish upon anyone else. I sincerely hope that the management takes note of these issues and makes significant improvements. Otherwise, this hotel is bound to continue disappointing guests and tarnishing its reputation

The bedding was comfortable but not clean. There were no tissue paper provided in the bathroom amd it wasn't clean. The doormat and the walls were too dirty. Would not recommend to anyone.

Rooms are decent, hygiene of linen is an issue. Staff are good. The price is bit higher for the facilities provided, but it is Mysore so understood. They don't have attached restaurant, however, outside food can be ordered and served at room.

Poor rooms.. They take money and room are in worst conditions. Never wish to stay even it's close to bus stand. People don't waste ur money.. Horrible rooms people.. Torn bedsheets.. Towel.. Not The kind of service provided even after informing them to change the room.. They are nt changing room. Nor providing with good towel.. Bad rating.. Poor service .. Or say no service at all.

2 stay 3days excellent service nice for place stay good speciality and clean well maintained room's tha staff or friendly good support and very helpful I recommend this hotel the rooms very clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing and highly recommended hotel this hotel for anyone visiting mysore the hotel manager also very supportive

The Room was very good. The service was very good and the manager Raju helped us a lot for locations. Well cleaned toilet and the room was economical. Free Wi-Fi was there and also have hot water.

We (2 girls) stayed at this hotel for 1 night. We were a bit late from our checkout time. But the manager does not have courtesy to talk to girls. He literally started shouting like something and insulted us. All he wanted from us was money. And we had to pay 500 Rs extra. There are many good hotels in the nearby region. Please don't stay in this. The photos shown of the room are really misleading. The washroom is the worst. Cleanliness is 0. We really do not recommend this hotel for women.
