Raajsa Resort Kumbhalgarh - Hotel in Beer Ki Bhagal - Rajsamand, India

This place was the highlight of my 5 day trip, spend a bit more and get the room with lake view and trust me you won't regret it, the rooms are luxurious and well equipped. The staff is courteous and the service is excellent, the fridge in my room was not working and I reported that at 11 in the night and within 10 mins it was replaced. That was quick! The food is amazing, the buffet was quite lavish but please remember that this entire property is strictly vegetarian so for those who want to have some dead animals for a meal they will have to go outside and eat at a different place because the hotel kitchen neither serves non veg food at the restaurant nor they cook it in their kitchens, that was fine with me but to some it might be in issue. The location is fantastic, the lake view is fantastic. The large open lawns are great for kids to play, there is a pool which is not gigantic but does the job. Overall a fantastic experience.

The result I am giving 3 stars is because of the following: 1. The superior rooms especially the 300 series have an open gutter in front of them. It is very very dangerous esp if you are traveling with young kids or senior citizens. 2. The room service is good however the quality of linens is very cheap. I ended up not using them. 3. The staff at the reception is not at all trained in communication. They don't smile at all. They don't give proper directions when asked. After all, your job exists because of customers like us. Learn better customer relationship skills please. 4. There is no accommodation available for the driver if you are renting a car. We had to make different arrangement for the driver upon arrival. For these reasons, I will likely not consider staying here again. On the positive side, food service was quite good and well upto the expectations of the stars it carries. The golf cart service was very good though I cannot imagine what other options they have. Overall, the place itself is very nice but the resort management can do better.

One of the best resorts in Kumbhalgarh. It is a very big property with different types of rooms and suites, which includes rooms with plunge pools and infinity pools as well. The view from these pool rooms is of the lake and gives a good view to chill stting out or in the pool. The food is also good and have a good variety in their buffet menu. The only negative thing was the TV was on our suite, which was not working properly sometimes and a few small insects or flies in the room. Their wifi connection is good but sometimes drop in between.

Sharing a current experience where we arrived at the resort one hour early for check in and we were asked to wait for an hour for the room to be ready, which was acceptable. However, it is over 2 hours now that we are waiting for the room to be cleaned and alloted to us. Room number was assigned as soon as we came which was 910. It's highly disappointing experience in a 5 star resort with average hospitality. No one is bothered to approach you for the service. Food quality ordered via ala carte was average. If they are not able to manage the high footfall during festival, they should not take more bookings. We are here at the resort for 2 days more and we expect to have improved service and food quality. Having to wait for more than 2 hours when you have travelled for long hours is not a great experience. We are still in the waiting area as I write this feedback... Very disappointed.

I was there with my twins in June 2023. Thanks to resort team for upgrading our room. Food (breakfast, high-tea & dinner) was excellent. In the night, we enjoyed live music fusion performance. It was amazing. Both classical & western music performers were outstanding. Swimming pool was nice. Room interior was good. Location of resort is also nice. They also provide pickup & drop service within resort by polo car. Best for me is they served jain food which was really good in taste. Indoor game room is well equipped with numbers of table games. Overall experience is 5/5. Highly recommended. Value for money.

One of the worst 5 star resorts I have every stayed in. The front desk was very unprofessional. The property was nice but the rooms were very old and were 3 star at best. The worst part was the buffet breakfast. I will say the food tasted nice but there was very less variety. Also they only served regular tea/coffe and juice. Everything else was chargeable. I have never seen this before even in a 4 star property.

One of the best resorts to stay while on vacation with kids. I plan to visit there soon. Very helpful staff, enough food options for any foodie, very clean and comfortable rooms with breathtaking views. Just loved it.
