You being in hospitality business, need to know how to treat a customer. The night receptionist guy was very rude towards the guests as well as treating like we work for him. He was ordering us instead of requesting. First rule of hotel management is "customers is always right" . You guys need to check if he is certified to work in hotel management role. We were asked to pay full payment in advance. I don't understand why you have hydraulics in door it's just for show, door close fast with loud bang. You can have features of a star hotel, but doesn't mean you are star hotel. It should be earned from the customer. For people choosing a hotel there are many hotels nearby with better customer service and quality.

Good place, Good staff, hotel is clean, stylish room, stay is comfortable, amenities OK, room size good, centrally located looking at the surrounding and known area. More food items should be added from north India, good chef must b some one who can cook well.

Honestly speaking, I myself along with my family needed to halt for the night and was driving towards Mahavalipuram for an overnight stay, when my wife noticed this hotel. Both the room and the rate suited us fine, hence stayed there, Affordable charges, friendly attendants, decent complementary breakfast. nice location. Only the attached restaurants failed to delight us, with their array of "only vegetarian" dishes, which did not even offer eggs in the menus. Otherwise, the rooms were decent, bed was large, service was prompt, parking available for the boarders.

Nice hotel. Clean rooms. Good service. Tasty breakfast and dinner. Comb and dental kit complementary. Mini refrigerator and tea/coffee kit. Room is spacious. if opted dinner with hotel rent then Rs500 is the limit for dinner. Food price is reasonable. No complimentary mineral water in room. RO water in Glass bottle is kept in the room. Morning traffic jam was there while going towards Taramani.

I had a highly enjoyable stay at this hotel. I felt completely at ease, and the food was delightful. The level of hospitality met my expectations, and the room was both spacious and well-appointed.

Rooms are extremely neat and clean with all amenities. Staff are polite and helpful. Only draw back is the food menu has only vegetarian dishes. Buffet breakfast is very nice.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they even arranged a birthday cake for my sister daughter. He was so happy and surprised! The food was amazing, too. We ordered a variety of dishes, like dosa, idli, vada, sambar, chutney, and more. Everything was fresh and delicious, and the portions were generous. I especially loved the coconut chutney and the filter coffee. They also have a buffet option for breakfast and lunch. If you are looking for a place to enjoy authentic south Indian cuisine with your family or friends, I highly recommend Raaj Bhaavan Clarks Inn. It's a great value for money and a wonderful experience.

Came for one day, Stay is really comfortable, polite behaviour of the staff, reception team. Food quality is good . Complimentary breakfast is also good quality.
