Great place for shopping but the prices are high

Good place for shopping.. almost all the items are available here.. it's bit expensive compared to other shops but the quality is good

One place to find all the branded clothes under the same roof. Genuine products with no discount (generally if you are not a company showroom, then you can provide atleast 5-10% discount. But here the % discount amount is literally zero.)

I visited this place some days back,the Customer Service achieved was quite Uncomfortable and Disrespectful, They Follow you Everywhere as if you are upto some Mischief and it was Annoying. One of the Sales man asked us to go out to an another store nearby. I gave that one star because I Love Jorhat.

Worst experience it was. The customer service was terrible and they kept following us as if we were gonna steal something from the store.

I used to love this place. It's charm has however faded over the years for me. The old staff doesn't work here anymore and also, the last few times we did go there for shopping, the service and staff's behaviour left much to be desired. Still a good place for shopping if you want many brands under the same roof and if you're willing to make do with a staff that could be better when it comes to catering for the needs of a customer. This is coming from a customer who would go shopping here every month, sometimes more than just once a month.

Oohlala...too pricey. High end, mostly branded but more pricey than the original price of the things. Good perfume collection and jewellery collection. Nice collection of men shoes. Good customer service. But be careful, you'll have to go home with an empty wallet except an over happy son/daughter.
