R1 fitness centre is the only gym available in Thycattussery. It's located on the top floor of SBI Thycattussery building, opposite to panchayat office. Trainer is nice which you will get proper guidance for your workout.

I have a lot of gym experience. But there is a really good trainer out there in R1Fitness. If our own raison bro.trainer is super then the gym is marvelous. R1fitness is the No.1fitness center in Cherthala itself. very friendly trainer.
