I have traveled to Amarnath yatra in the month of july 2023 through R V tours & travels and I must admit that the tour manager at Amarnath yatra - Mr.Naveen was coordinative and put his best efforts to ensure that all of us in the group are safe, happy & comfortable through out the trip. Yes it is these kind of employees who help the organisation emerge high in the market. Lastly yes the accommodation, transportation & food was good except the last day while leaving to the airport the hotel people packed us lunch packets which turned stale by the time we reached the airport. Rest all went good

Worst service. They do not take ownership of your tour. They come up with reasons to blame you. We had an instance where we booked a trip for a couple 1 month in advance to Dubai, they informed 10 hours before the trip start that the visa was not approved for one person and might be approved in a day or two (with no clarity). They were suggesting only one person to go without any common sense. Poor service. They do not follow up or give you any information. The helpdesk isn't helpful either, they do not let you speak to their managing director as well stating he'd never come to office or handle anything.

In may 2022, l along with my college friends went to Kerala tour through RV Travels. The holiday was wonderful. They have provided accommodation in a very decent hotels. The Cab for Site seeing also was good. We recommend RV Travels.

CHARDHAM YATRA 27.10.2021 We were one of the many fortunate travellers after the relaxation of strict Covid19 regulations for our Chardham Yatra which was originally scheduled for May 2021 but fructified only in October 2021. The treatment of customers by M/s RV Travels right from the enquiry stage has been really excellent. I think Rajanigaru and shravanigaru who patiently answered all our initial queries. Being a very difficult Yatra we were afraid whether at the age of 65 plus we could make it. But, the hospitality and care that the team of M/s Chandrashekar, Rajendra Prasad and Manoj have shown is really beyond words. They treated us as if our children are taking care of us. The system of giving us the south indian food is really worth to be appreciated. Many travel agents take their customers to a nearby hotel and whatever is available on that day is served to us. The entire kitchen team require a big applause for the excellent preparation, be it breakfast, lunch or dinner. Last but not the least we should thank the captain of our bus who untiringly drove us for the whole trip that too on hilly terrains. From the accommodation angle we feel that you could have selected good hotels where hot water geysers are fixed in the bathrooms instead of arranging buckets from outside. This helps all of us to get ready on time and avoids delays in reaching our next destinations. Good organisation Mukthinath With their experience they are completed the tour successfully the food and transfort facilities excellent the experience while going to johmson was awesome.....we enjoyed the trip very comfortablly .expecailly tour manager were very polite and caring......I refer rv tour and travels to have a safe and secure trip
