The place is extremely unhygienic. It is situated beside an open drain and thus is infested with mosquitoes. The rooms are very small. Sadly, it is only one of the two Hotels which are available beside Raxaul station and so one can't help but stay there in dire circumstances. For a single night, it is survivable but please don't consider staying there for more than that. The bathrooms, let's not go there. Ek raat guzaro, fir bhaggo wahan se Ben stokes.
It's ok but there are scope of development. Rooms are clean but service is not upto mark. TV not working in several rooms. AC are functioning but service required. There are no arrangement of food. Open drain infront of hotel created bad smell and mosquito so much in hotel. Mosquito repellent supplied by hotel.
This hotel is not good for recommended anyone because behaviour of staff specially managers is very bad and service also poor but it is only the hotel in Raxaul you can stay if you need urgent work.

It's a hotel located very close to Raxaul Railway Station. Actually this place is gateway to Nepal by road. Birgunge town in Nepal and Raxaul in India are tween cities located side by side. So for traveling to Nepal through Raxaul you need a transit hotel. This hotel is used as transit hotel. The rooms are equipped with basic amenities with attached toilet. This is a three story hotel with no lift. Dining hall is in the ground floor. Service is not upto the standard. I stayed in this hotel for one night during my travel from Nepal to India.

The rooms are really good with the thickest mattress I have ever seen in hotels the rooms are clean and the toilets r tiled and clean the staff is very helpful should really try this hotel once you reach Raxaul
I have rated this Hotel as Five Star just because I Like the garden Area and one thing I would like to indicate as Civil Engineer, its Super structure Design is good enough not too heighty as According to the Earthquake also .

The hotel was good. Rooms were clean. The rate was relatively cheaper. There were Ac as well as non AC rooms. I visited with my family and even my kids were satisfied. By far better than the the rest of the hotels. It was overall a good stay
