R S BHAVAN TOURIST LODGE - Lodge in Siliguri - default, India

I was standing there no one said it was fantastic. Every family member was disappointed there was not even water bottles in the room i had to buy for Every geust secondly the way the manager spoke to me on the phone was not professional i have all the recordings if someone calling it lies and secondly would i get my money back no i wont and i had to pay anyway evthing in advance so they way we got treated just don't want anyone else to get that treatment so i just wouldn't recommend anyone to go there

I have paid 4lakhs didn't give one water bottle . And their service is too worst . And the stuff behaviour rude . When you want to book the bhawan they demand for 50% advance . There is no soap and toilet paper in the bathroom . And they give only one decor for three days, And there is no light in decoration . In my opinion nobody came here .

Dirtiest accomodation that I have ever been!! Had no choice at late night as I had to continue my onward journey to Ranchi early next morning. Needed rest somehow!!

Room is not too good, but stuff very good...

We were very happy at this Hotel . The Manager was very friendly and helpful . The Room had a balkony which was very Nice , our room had a Shared bathroom on the hallway which was clean and as there were no Other guests on our Hall it was our Own . We came by plane to badogra and Booked this Hotel for One night on our way to darjeeling . It is not in walking distance to Njp but tuktuks are stopping / waiting right at the corner so it was no problem to get there .

I am just writing my experience during checkin .... I arrived at hotel late night at 10:45 PM ... the hotel main gate was closed and there was no security guard or any watchman who can open the gates ... I called on the number given in my voucher ... luckily the concerned person picked up the call and then after 10 minutes a person came to open the gate ... After filling up the checkin register ... i gave my passport as ID proof and that person said this won't be applicable until he realises its the Indian passport ... I simply got shocked .... Then he searched his mailbox for GoIbibo voucher and couldn't find the voucher .... i waited for 15 minutes then I called goibibo customer care ... After sometime I asked that person to show me his mail box and to my expectation that voucher was there in his junk folder .... Overall just a simple checkin took almost 30 minutes and then that hotel person is asking "Are all payments done?" .... Coming to room quality ... Room was good and clean. Its worth as per the price. There was no soap or towels in bathroom ... but bathroom was also clean ... so no much concerns on room.

It was the worst hotel i ever stayed. I booked it through oyo where i feel both hotel and oyo is to be blamed for. They gave unattached washroom after paying 954 and then i paid 1200 for attached bathroom. The tv,geyser,flush nothing works. The side upper portion of the room is open which makes you feel so unsafe. The bed my god its from harappan civilization it keeps on shaking where you will be scared to sleep even. Starting from the manager to the staffs all are ill mannered. I would have given negative star if possible. @oyo i am highly disappointed and rs bhawan even in my nightmare i will not let suggest anyone to stay here. Better stay on the roads.

Staffs are so good. Rooms are pretty ok . Attached bathroom is not available in every room but bathrooms are clean. Wifi also available here.
